J2 Partners Executive Coaching is custom designed to help committed leaders in large or mid-sized companies build on their successes and achieve their business goals in a way that is both personally satisfying and maximizes overall team effectiveness. Elements of the program may include helping the leaders:

  • Develop clear goals and objectives for themselves and their organizations, and ensure organizational buy-in
  • Identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities (technical and managerial) – utilizing 360° feedback and other diagnostic tools – in a way that allows them to accept the feedback.
